International Delivery
We ship to many countries worldwide. Delivery times and costs vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Track Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time.
If you haven’t received your tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first — then contact us and we’ll look into it straight away.
Buying a Gift? Here’s What to Know
- Order early — we recommend ordering at least 14 days before you need the gift to arrive
- Double-check the address — we ship to the address provided at checkout, so make sure it’s correct before confirming
- Gift notes — if you’d like to include a personal message, add it in the order notes at checkout
